Here is your vision for a better world

Well done! You now have a foundation for taking your ideas forward.

To help you out, your vision has been turned into a pitch that you can start using straight away - print or save this page so you can keep and use it...your first chance to share it is coming up in the next step of the programme.

Read your vision, save it and then go back to to the programme page and go to the next step.

Hi there. Can I tell you what I dream of doing?

To make employment more accessible for those with invisible injuries or illness and to educate employers on the value of employing people with invisible injuries or illness.

It's all part of making a better world.

Have easy roots to employment for people with invisible injury or illness and make the application process less daunting. Educate employers that people with invisible injury or illness can still add value to the work place without it always needing adaptations or major changes at work.

This is really going to help people.

The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by people with invisible injury or illness as they will be able to contribute their skills and experience to the work force.

Employers who will gain employees with valuable skills, more diversity in the workplace

It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:

easy application process for people with invisible injury or illness

employers to value potential and actual employee's with invisible injury or illness

people with invisible injury or illness to be excepted in the work place

I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.

My success will be measured by more employers becoming DWP aware employers, people with invisible injury or illness will become less dependent on government benefit as they will have gained employment. Less stigma of invisible injury or illness measured by monitoring reporting of incidents of discrimination against those with invisible injury or illness

Thanks for listening to me. Will you help me build a better world?
