Hi there. Can I tell you what I dream of doing?

It is my desire to end employment inequality within the confine of workforce, this has led to occupational inequality due to unequal treatment of people based on various physical factors like race, height and gender. There is health implications as result of this such as depression and so forth. I will like to end this by critically analyzing and developing a policy plan to that effect.

It's all part of making a better world.

Ending such mental segregation in the workplace would automatically increase the productivity of labour, increase the revenue of the organization, people will coexist in harmony and this to a large extent increases the lifespan of workers globally. A world of equal distribution of resources and equal treatment is what i desire to achieve.

This is really going to help people.

The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by the marginalized such as women, the disabled and youths. Some of these people are within local communities in rural areas of Africa and some in the urban centers, it's also transnational in nature as most advanced countries face this challenges.

It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:

Clear evidence of my policy plan adopted

Implementation process of my vision

Evaluation process of my vision

I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.

I will know when various stakeholders especially those affected supports the initiative of my policy framework and when also it has passed through the stages of policy making.

Thanks for listening to me. Will you help me build a better world?
