Hi there. Can I tell you what I dream of doing?
I want to to work towards eradicating unemployment among the youth. For this I have a very clear vision of how I am going to be doing this, and how the authorities can play a vital role in addressing the issue. I believe unemployment is the root cause for every issue that we are facing in today's world this may include: frustration, depression or extremism among youth.
It's all part of making a better world.
The issue that I am addressing in my vision if it is addressed the world would be a different place to live in! Everybody is going to be earning, everybody is going to be self-sufficient, everybody is going to live a better life. By killing the issue of unemployment , there will be more prosperity, more productivity, hence leading to the growth of the economy, uplifting the nations as a whole!
This is really going to help people.
The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by the University graduates being optimistic about their future, fresh graduates who are just entering into the job market and the people who are already there in the job market and looking for right candidate. Through internships fresh graduates are going to get the flavor of the job market and job market is going to get a chance to work with the right candidates
It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:
Reduced unemployment rate
Growth in per capita income
better living standards
I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.
For me it will be very easy to see if I have been successful in the vision that I created, as it is directly related to the number of graduates that are produced each year to the number of jobs that are produced each year and if the graduates are equal to the number of job opportunities it is going to reduce the unemployment rate and it can be easily says in the society in general.
