Hi there. Can I tell you what I dream of doing?

I want to make an intervention to avoid the consequences about overload of inmigrants women who are working at irregular and invisible works.

It's all part of making a better world.

The world would be better by that intervention because it colaborate to build an equal society. The inequelities are invisible in our envoirment yet. The building of wellfare of the social sector who have a lot of overload by her social conditions by region, nationality, gender... is a way to a better world.

This is really going to help people.

The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by inmigrants groups, specially at women groups. The social problem who I considerated is more present in big countries, because the process of the inmigration have a principale destin the regions with better economy. The homevorker is demanded in the region with an acelerate lifestyle and a lot off economic activities. These jobs are ocupated a lot off women.

It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:

Principale: visibility of invisible works of inmigrants women.

Social and laboral empowering of the inmigrants women.

Equality in the life conditions in our society

I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.

I will knof if I achieved my vision with and evalution of the intervention activities. That evaluation need have present the overcomes of the project. In the same time, the evaluation can be progresive with the first intervention activities like tracing of impact.

Thanks for listening to me. Will you help me build a better world?
