I want to eradicate horizontal inequalities in my country

It's all part of making a better world.

There will be no dichotomy and preference between the male and female gender in respect to job recruitment, leadership roles, land ownership, and related activities

This is really going to help people.

The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by the female gender, the poor,and the rural areas.

It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:

Equal job opportunities in both genders

Equality in properties acquisition in both the rich and poor

Equality in leadership roles

I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.

When the poor and the female genders are seen in leadership and job roles without prejudices and segregation.
