Hi there. Can I tell you what I dream of doing?

I want to ensure women have equal pay, career growth and opportunities in the workplace. This also means better gender inclusion in senior roles in government, public and private working spaces.

It's all part of making a better world.

The world will be full of women leaders. It will be a world where women have positions of power in government, corporate and other sectors at par with men. Half of the world population and the talent and human qualities it brings to the world make thee world a more fair, just and equal world.

This is really going to help people.

The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by women, but in benefitting women it automatically benefits her family. The family is the basic building block of the community-thus an empowered woman equates an empowered family and thus a strong, thriving and happy community.

It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:

Women having equal pay and participation in the work force

Professional Growth opportunities for Women once in the work force.

Empowered women leaders who bring change and benefit for other members of the community

I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.

If the pay-gap improves and percentage of women in senior management and Govt positions/representation shows an improvement. I will monitor this more in terms of the progress in my country, India which is a large geography and population as a good representation of the wider world.

Thanks for listening to me. Will you help me build a better world?
