Hi there. Can I tell you what I dream of doing?
I want to be able to curb illegal migration in Nigeria especially in the southern part of Nigeria.
It's all part of making a better world.
I aim at achieving a better Nigeria. I want the youths who constitute 80% of the illegal migrants to have hopes for a better Nigeria and instead of endangering their lives, begin to focus on ways to revive Nigeria. Also, I aim at seeing workable youths, either getting jobs from the government or creating jobs for them selves, if they have a source of income, illegal migration wouldn't be an option.
This is really going to help people.
The impact of my vision will be mainly felt by the Nigerian youths particularly Edo state. Edo state, Benin city, has one of the highest record of illegal migrants in Nigeria.
It's not just about having an idea though - here are the things I know I can achieve:
To curb illegal migration amongst Nigerian youths.
To create a workable Nigerian youth - either by government employment or self employment.
To give Nigerian youths the urge to revive Nigeria as the "Giant of Africa" and have fresh hopes for the peoples.
I'm going to make this happen, and this is how I know it'll make a difference.
I would measure my success level by seeing youths actually giving a listening ear to start with. By seeing youths involvement in policy making and influencing government decisions in Nigeria. By seeing a leser statistics of migrants and by seeing a new spirit of nationalism arise within youths.
Thanks for listening to me. Will you help me build a better world?
